15MM OF SUPPORT FOR SERIOUS TRAINING

Upgrade your floor-based workouts with the Vanguard Fitness Gym Mat Pro, a premium 15mm-thick exercise mat designed for home, studio and commercial gym environments.

Measuring 170 × 60 cm, the Gym Mat Pro provides a generous training surface for stretching, mobility work, abdominal exercises, bodyweight training and general floor exercises. Its firm foam-rubber construction provides cushioning between you and the gym floor while maintaining the support needed for controlled exercise.

An anti-slip underside helps reduce unwanted movement during training, while two integrated metal eyelets allow the mat to be hung neatly on suitable wall-mounted storage after use.

The mat can be hung with the two eyes that are attached to the top of the mat.

The current specification states that there is an anti-slip layer on the underside to help prevent movement during workouts.

Is this a yoga mat?
It can be used for many floor exercises, but I would position it primarily as a thick gym/exercise mat rather than a dedicated yoga mat. Fitness Network separately sells a thinner 8mm yoga mat.

What does NBR mean?
NBR refers to nitrile butadiene rubber, a synthetic rubber commonly used in cushioned exercise mats.
