PURCHASING
All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from the supplier. This includes any item that is put on back order for you because it is out of stock. Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for back order items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order. Please note that in all cases we must have an email address and contact telephone number for you. We will not be able to process your order without this information.

PAYMENTS
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Ozow, or by bank transfer into the Fitness Network bank account, the details of which will be provided on request. Card transactions will be acquired for Fitness Network via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. Customer details will be stored by Fitness Network separately from card details, which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR). Fitness Network takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 days and delivery details confirmed by way of email.
All products are delivered flat packed and will require assembly by you. Installation may be available for an extra charge.
Other than weight plates, dumbbells and weight bars, all prices include national delivery charges.
No damage claims will be entertained unless reported to us within 24 hours of goods being received and accepted.
Any complaints as to the condition or count of goods must be made to Fitness Network.
Only small items using the Post can be sent to PO Boxes. All other items are sent via courier and require a street address.
Late deliveries: We or our carriers will always try to arrive on time, but will not be held responsible for late arrival due to unforeseen circumstances. Short deliveries and damage to packaging: When the delivering carrier brings your order you MUST count the pieces you receive and look for any damage to the packaging. It is noted on the carrier's delivery note, the number of boxes you should receive. If the number of boxes you receive does not exactly match the number of pieces on the carrier's delivery note, you MUST note the number of pieces you received on the delivery note accompanied by your signature. Damage to packaging MUST be noted on the delivery note next to your signature. You must cross out "delivered in good condition" from the carrier's delivery note. It is very important to check your order. A signature is an acceptance that you have received the whole order and that the packaging was in good condition. Any short delivery of boxes must be reported to Fitness Network within 24 hours of signing. Neither Fitness Network nor the delivering carrier can be held responsible for short deliveries or damages to packaging if you do not note them on your delivery note. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of the goods being faulty.

Discount coupon codes are applicable to all products except for the following brands: Horizon, Vision, Matrix.
WARRANTY ISSUES
All our products carry at least a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. Longer guarantees are normally shown on the product page. Limited warranty cover (i.e. on a parts only basis) applies to all customers in remote / outlying areas (i.e. areas outside major centres such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Bloemfontein). Customers in remote areas will be liable / responsible to deliver the faulty goods purchased to one of the major centres listed above for repairs. Repairs are not charged in the first year of cover, provided that any faults found have not been caused by abuse or misuse. If the latter is found then repairs are only executed once an estimate of the repair has been presented to the owner and the owner agrees on paying for the repairs. Please note: To give you the best service possible you will be required to contact the manufacturer/supplier directly for any faults/service issues for products other than the WaterRower.
