This is a service that Fitness Network first introduced into the country and is very proud to offer nationwide. All products sold at Fitness Network regardless of price will include free delivery within the borders of South Africa. You can expect delivery within 3 working days in major centres and 5 working days in remote areas.

Please note that courier companies do not deliver to outlying areas every day and are restricted to certain days of the week, this may negatively affect delivery time frames..

Please also note that on some orders the delivery and the installation will be fulfilled simultaneously but other orders will receive delivery of their goods and have a scheduled installation team return for installation. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

FREE INSTALLATION

Free installation is an option displayed on many pieces sold by Fitness Network. Horizon and Vision products include an option to purchase an extended warranty. This will increase the parts warranty of the unit to 3 years, provide you with a free annual service and free installation upon receipt of your unit.

Please note that all installations will be fulfilled by our internal team or an accredited technician.

Please note that the installation in this offer is limited only to the product purchased with this warranty and service plan.

Please ensure that the room or area set aside for the product is clear and ready for the installation to take place.

HORIZON & VISION EXTENDED 3-YEAR WARRANTY

Problems can occur. And if they do, we are here to help you get it sorted out as quickly as possible. Horizon & Vision products include 3 year unlimited warranty which includes 1 free callout per year. Please note that installation not performed by Horizon or Vision will negate the warranty.

The warranty will cover the unit's frame, welded parts, motors, electronics, drive sets, plastic parts and hardware.

Please note that cosmetic wear & tear and consumables will be excluded (i.e. decals, batteries, scrapes & scuffs, etc…).

Please note that Fitness Network warrants the original purchaser of the product when the product is used as recommended by the manufacturer under normal usage and conditions.

Please note that during the warranty period, Fitness Network will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at Fitness Network's discretion) the frame or any part of the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this warranty clause.

*Please note that this offer is limited to equipment used for home. Please contact us should you be purchasing for a facility that utilises its equipment for more than 20 hours per week.
