What's Included?

1 × DZ305 Utility Home Gym

The centrepiece of the package.

The DZ305 provides a versatile home strength-training platform combining multiple exercise stations within one compact system.

Importantly, its Smith-machine functionality allows the user to incorporate Olympic weight plates for progressive resistance training.

1 × Vanguard Fitness Multi Adjustable Gym Weight Bench

A versatile adjustable bench that expands the exercises available beyond the fixed stations of the DZ305.

Use it for a wide variety of pressing, dumbbell and free-weight exercises.

1 × Vanguard Fitness 60kg Olympic Weight Plate Set

The 60kg Olympic Weight Plate Set is included specifically to give you usable resistance for the DZ305 Smith machine from day one.

This is an important point I'd highlight on the page because customers shouldn't buy the package and then discover they need plates separately.

Protective Gym Mat / Flooring

Helps protect the underlying floor and equipment while creating a more suitable dedicated training area.

Why Choose This Home Gym Package?

Everything You Need to Start

Instead of purchasing a home gym and then separately sourcing a bench, Smith-machine weights and floor protection, we've combined the essentials into one convenient package.

Multi-Station Strength Training

The DZ305 provides a central strength-training platform for working the major muscle groups from one compact home gym.

Smith Machine Training Included

The package includes 60kg of Olympic weight plates, allowing you to start using the Smith-machine component without purchasing a separate plate set.

Adjustable Bench Included

The Vanguard adjustable bench expands your training options and gives you greater flexibility for free-weight and pressing exercises.

Built for the Home

This package is designed for customers who want substantial strength-training capability without building a large commercial-style gym.

One Package. Multiple Training Styles.

The combination of the DZ305, adjustable bench and Olympic plates allows the package to support:

Smith Machine Training • Chest Training • Back Training • Shoulder Training • Arm Training • Leg Training • Bench Exercises • Free-Weight Exercises • Core Training

MACHINE TRAINING + SMITH TRAINING + FREE WEIGHTS

A MORE COMPLETE WAY TO TRAIN AT HOME.
