What is the difference between the Starter and Complete Home Gym Packages?

The Starter Package provides the core strength-training setup with 60kg of Olympic weights. The Complete Package adds a treadmill, providing both strength and cardiovascular training.

Are Olympic weight plates included?

Yes. The Complete Package includes 60kg of Olympic weight plates for compatible plate-loaded exercises on the DZ305 Smith machine.

Is a treadmill included?

Yes. The Vanguard Fitness Run X1.4 Treadmill is included, giving the package dedicated walking, jogging and running capability.

Is an adjustable bench included?

Yes. The Vanguard Fitness Multi Adjustable Gym Weight Bench is included to expand the range of exercises available.

Does the package include gym flooring?

Yes. The package includes six 1m × 1m × 15mm commercial rubber flooring tiles, providing approximately 6m² of floor coverage.

Can I train my whole body with this package?

Yes. The combination of the DZ305, Smith machine, adjustable bench and treadmill provides options for full-body strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.

Is this package suitable for beginners?

Yes. Beginners can start with manageable resistance and progressively increase their training load as strength and fitness improve.

Is this suitable for experienced users?

The 60kg Olympic plate set and Smith-machine functionality provide considerably greater progression than an entry-level home gym setup. Customers requiring even higher resistance or more advanced equipment should consider the Premium Home Gym Package.

Can I add more weights later?

Does this package include dumbbells?

No. We've deliberately kept dumbbells out of this package. The Complete Package focuses on the DZ305, Smith-machine training and cardio. Dumbbells can be added separately or incorporated into the Premium package.
