The nine-position damper lets you adjust airflow and change the feel of each stroke. Your rowing effort also influences the challenge, allowing you to vary intensity through your pace and pulling effort.
Follow Your Performance
The console displays time, distance, total strokes, strokes per minute, watts, estimated calories and metres per stroke. Use these readings to structure sessions and compare your progress on the same machine.
For steady training, follow your duration and distance. During intervals, monitor stroke rate and watts to help maintain a consistent effort across repeated rounds.
Set Up for Your Session
Adjustable footrests help you position your feet, while the ergonomic handle offers two grip positions. The thick PU foam seat provides a padded contact surface, and the console arm can be angled for easier viewing.
Chain-Driven Construction
A nickel-plated chain connects the handle to the resistance system. Follow the supplied maintenance instructions for chain care, cleaning and routine inspections.
