Does this package include an Olympic barbell?

No. This is the Starter Package, designed around the rack, safety system, barbell and weights.  Can I bench press with this package?

The rack, J-hooks and safeties can be configured for bench pressing, but you'll need a suitable weight bench. A bench is not included in the Starter Package.

Can I squat with the SpaceSaver Folding Rack?
Yes. The included J-hooks support the barbell, while the included safety system provides additional protection during rack-based exercises such as squats.

Can I deadlift with this package?
