Take your home strength training further with the Force USA MyBench, a versatile 3-in-1 training station combining an adjustable FID bench with a leg developer and preacher curl attachment.

Move easily between flat, incline and decline positions for presses, rows, shoulder work and core training, then add dedicated leg extensions, lying leg curls and preacher curls without needing separate machines.

Great bench the extras it comes with adds to the value, the leg developer is extremely smooth with the leg extension and curl movement, this does sit slightly higher from the ground but still works very well. Extremely solid well built bench no movement or wobble when holding heavy dumbbells. Very easy to move around with the wheels and quality build. Very happy with this bench and attachments.

The Force USA MyRack Fid Bench has with out a doubt been the best gym equipment I have ever purchased! My only regret is I didn’t make this decision years ago! It is excellent quality, sturdy, easy to install and has just about every exercise needed for a home Gym. I love it and can guarantee you will too.

Best Bench for the money Very pleased with this product. Force really put some effort into this. Negative out the way first- There were a couple of scratches/gaps in the powder coat but these were very minor. The bench is also a bit tall for Flat competition style Bench press as I can't put my feet flat on the floor if laying flat. Positives though- As an FID bench this is awesome. Quality Aluminium billet covers on the pads which I would have expected on a much more expensive bench. The 3 leg design (instead of 4) makes it far easier to have your feet close together when sitting on it. The FID adjustable arm is very heavy duty (again with a nice rubber and aluminium look) The best part is NONE of the fittings rattle or have excessive play. Bench feels extremely solid. The fact that it comes with 2 quality attachments is awesome AND free shipping makes it a winner. I'd pick this any day of the week being it has attachments and is 1/3 the cost.

When purchasing a bench the three most important aspects, according to me, are: 1) Strength of the bench 2) The quality of the padding 3) Ease of adjustment Well, Force USA were spot on when designing and manufacturing this bench: 1) The construction is a product of years of development. When using this bench, the last thing you need to worry about is that it will break under you and that you will end up hurting yourself. 2) The padding is magical. Very high quality material was used in the manufacturing process and believe me, you can feel feel it when using the bench. 3) The bench can easily be adjusted with solid interlocking parts to prevent accidents. And then, as a bonus, they add the two attachments, just to make you feel even better about your bench. This bench is a bargain.
