The Force USA G4 Complete Home Gym Package combines the versatile G4 All-In-One Trainer, an adjustable Force USA FID Bench with Arm & Leg Developer, and 125kg of Force USA Olympic Weight Plates.

With an integrated Smith machine, functional trainer, half rack, landmine and pull-up station, the G4 provides an exceptional range of strength-training options from a single compact footprint. Add the adjustable bench and 125kg Olympic plate set and you have a comprehensive home strength-training system ready for full-body workouts.

The 125kg of Force USA plates allow you to make full use of the G4's rack and Smith-machine capabilities.

VERSATILE FID BENCH
The included Force USA bench provides flat, incline and decline positions, six backrest adjustments and three seat adjustments, plus a leg developer and preacher-curl attachment.  

BUILT FOR THE SERIOUS HOME GYM
Instead of purchasing the machine, bench, bar and plates separately, this package gives the customer the essential components for a complete G4 strength-training setup.

What is included in the G4 Complete Home Gym Package?
The package includes the Force USA G4 All-In-One Trainer, Force USA FID Bench, 125kg of Force USA Olympic weight plates.

Does the G4 have weight stacks?
Yes. The G4 currently features dual 77kg selectorised weight stacks.  

Does the G4 include a Smith machine?
Yes. The Smith machine is one of the five primary training stations built into the G4.  

Why are Olympic plates included if the G4 has weight stacks?
The selectorised stacks provide resistance for cable exercises, while Olympic plates can be used for barbell exercises and compatible plate-loaded functions.

Is a bench included?
Yes. The package includes the Force USA FID Bench with adjustable backrest and seat positions, leg developer and preacher-curl attachment.  

Is this suitable for a home gym?
Yes. Force USA specifies the G4 for home-gym use. Its assembled footprint is approximately 192cm wide × 154cm deep × 220cm high.
