This isn't just a functional trainer; it’s a Power Rack, Smith Machine, Lat Pulldown, Low Row, and Core Trainer all in one. The swiveling pulley arms are incredibly smooth, allowing me to do everything from cable crossovers to tricep extensions with ease.

This review covers my purchase experience, delivery, and assembly of the Force USA C10. Overall, it was a positive experience. I purchased this trainer due to the discount, free delivery, and the free air bike that came with it. The delivery took about three weeks. The delivery company contacted me in advance to provide a heads-up on the expected delivery date and time. The entire package arrived in a crate, consisting of one large wooden-framed box, a medium-sized box, and a small wooden box. All the parts inside were well-protected, and there was no damage during delivery. The assembly was a different story though. I decided to assemble the C10 all-in-one trainer myself, along with my two sons. It took us a whole day—about 9 hours—to complete the assembly. I highly recommend watching the assembly video sent by Force USA to familiarize yourself with the assembly sequence. Also, be sure to read the assembly manual multiple times and inventory each part in the box. There are hundreds of parts, so it’s easy to lose track. Follow the procedure step by step. As a caution, not all parts are labeled, especially those bundled in bags. Fortunately, I had my mechanical engineer son and a Lego-savvy son, who helped identify and figure out where each part went. Overall, I am happy and satisfied with my purchase of this set.

It’s my first big investment in a home gym, and it feels worth every penny so far. I am really enjoying smith machine as it feels safer than barbell and free weights. Sliding bench is awesome though I could have gotten away with base bench as well, it’s probably a worthwhile investment. I love the versatility of functional trainer and lat pulldown station. The only issue I have noticed so far is that cable pulley that swivels from inside to outside is little stiff on one side. Black lever that handles switching different angles is little stiff, I am hoping to work this out with Force USA customer support at some point, but that doesn’t interfere with any functionality. All in all it’s a great piece of gym equipment suitable for anyone who wants to maximize the use of their gym space.

Bought the C 10 /w sliding bench. It replaced a plate loaded rack/cable crossover. The old rack took up way too much space, and I hated trying to weave my way around it to load the plates. The weight stack is great and can be supplemented with gym pins /weights. The compact size has freed up some much needed garage space. Love the machine and it’s more versatile exercise wise than I originally thought. Other things you can do with this machine: - lying cable bench press with full range of motion by raising the bench off the ground a bit with some 2x4s - deep heavy belt squats using the smith machine by standing on platform - chest supported rows (@GymCrafter for the idea) - 440 pulldowns are possible by routing the 1:2 with some extra pulleys from Amazon (sliding bench cables + some chains makes this easy) My one gripes would be: - I wish the sliding bench was a little longer for better range of motion. I will probably remove the default bumpers and use different bumper placement/solution to get an extra 4” of travel. - the sliding bench footplate could be wider. Nothing some 2x4s can’t fix

This is an extraordinary bit of gear. A huge leap up on my previous squat rack and the benefit of a smith machine and cables is huge. Pairing it with the sliding bench is a total game changer. Highly recommend

My boys and I love gym. We decided to purchase an All in one trainer as an addition to our garage gym setup. After trawling the web to make a decision we identified two companies that sell these units and visited both. Our experience with Fitness Network was exceptional, Basil knew his products backwards and was able to assist us with which one was best for our needs. We were able to try the C10 and were blown away by the amount of exercises you can do on it. The sliding bench is unique and works. Delivery and installation was professionally done. Great machine and the customer service was exceptional.

This is the daddy of all-in-ones. The only limits are your own body. There is NO excuse as a all in one home gym that you can't work and do EVERY exercise possible and work every muscle. The pulley ratios also make sense so there is little weight loading adjustment needed between say pull downs and leg press and fly. You can do multiple effective workouts at right load without wasting time moving or adjusting weights. Setup from sliding leg press to incline bench press is also extremely quick so it's a TIME saver too, critical for home gym where for most, time is often the limiting factor. The build quality is superb too...
