Are the dumbbells and rack both included?

Yes. This package includes one Force USA Vertical Dumbbell Rack and all 11 pairs of dumbbells listed on this page.

Which dumbbell weights are included?

You receive one pair each of 5kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 17.5kg, 20kg, 22.5kg, 25kg, 27.5kg and 30kg dumbbells.

Does the package include 7.5kg or 8kg dumbbells?

It includes an 8kg pair, not a 7.5kg pair. The weights do not increase in uniform 2.5kg increments throughout the entire range.

How many individual dumbbells do I receive?

You receive 22 individual dumbbells, arranged as 11 matching pairs.

What is the total weight of the dumbbells?

The combined dumbbell weight is 386kg. This excludes the weight of the storage rack and packaging.

Does “30kg” mean per dumbbell or per pair?

The listed weight is for each individual dumbbell. The 30kg pair therefore consists of two 30kg dumbbells, weighing 60kg together.

What exercises can I perform with this set?

The set supports exercises such as dumbbell presses, bent-over rows, shoulder presses, curls, triceps extensions, squats, lunges and Romanian deadlifts. Choose a weight appropriate to your strength, technique and exercise.

Do I need a bench to use the dumbbells?

Many exercises can be performed standing or on the floor. A suitable weight bench adds options such as flat and incline dumbbell presses and supported rows. A bench is not included in this package.

Can I choose different weights for the package?

This listing covers the exact 11-pair selection shown in the contents table. Contact Fitness Network before ordering if you would like a different combination, so availability, pricing and rack compatibility can be checked.

Where should I position the rack?

Position the rack on a firm, level surface with sufficient space to comfortably lift and return the dumbbells. Allow for the loaded dumbbells and access around the rack when planning your layout.
