The Concept2 SkiErg makes the exhilarating, toughest total body sports – Nordic Skiing – available to everyone. Whether you're an elite skier looking to enhance your poling strength, someone wanting an effective low impact workout to complement your rowing, or are just looking for an incredible total body workout, the SkiErg is a fantastic choice to help you build strength, skill and overall fitness.

Replicating Nordic skiing, the SkiErg can be used for both double pole and classic alternating arm technique. Exercising your legs, arms and core, it delivers a whole body strength and cardio workout. Easy to use, the ergonomic, strapless handles provide a comfortable grip. Using durable materials, they will not absorb sweat so your grip remains secure no matter how intense your workout.

Dependable and robust, the drive system depends on high-strength, lightweight cords to deliver smooth, responsive performance. Using the same flywheel air resistance as the high quality Concept2 indoor rower, the SkiErg responds to your effort on every stroke, giving you full control of your workout intensity. Switching your resistance from a flat terrain to a steep climb is easy using the spiral dial. With a strong aluminium frame, the machine is solid and built to last.


Advanced Pm5 Console


The SkiErg features a sophisticated, yet user-friendly console, the advanced PM5. Featuring a backlit display, it allows you to accurately track your workouts, monitor your progress and manage a wide range of features including pre-set workouts and games. With the included USB Flash Drive, you can store or transfer your performance data to your Mac or PC, while ANT+ and Bluetooth Smart connectivity allow you to add wireless heart rate monitoring. (Heart rate monitor not included).


Wall Mounted Or Freestanding


A flexible machine, the SkiErg can be fixed to a wall or used with the SkiErg Floor Stand (sold separately). Fixed to a wall, it’s a great space-saver, while the anti-skid floor stand option allows you to move the machine from place to place on castors
