22″ HD Touchscreen

The T56 incorporates a 22-inch / 56 cm HD touchscreen, giving it a completely different proposition from the T9's conventional colour LCD.

The touchscreen provides the integrated JRNY experience and, with the appropriate services/subscriptions, supports entertainment such as Netflix and Prime Video. Wi-Fi is required for the connected touchscreen experience. BowFlex Global

The T56 provides:

-5% decline → 0% flat → 20% incline

That allows users to train downhill as well as tackle substantially steeper climbing workouts.

The T9, by comparison, provides 0–15% incline, making the T56 considerably more versatile for elevation-based training.

20 km/h Running Performance

The T56 reaches speeds up to 20 km/h (12 mph), providing enough range for walking, jogging, endurance running and demanding interval workouts.

152 × 56 cm XL Running Area

The T56 provides a large 152 × 56 cm (60″ × 22″) running surface.

That's the same generous running width as the T9 but combined with the T56's more substantial overall construction and significantly higher 181 kg maximum user capacity. BowFlex Global
