Hot-Dipped Zinc Steel Tubing material and finished by electro-static powder painting, which will significantly protect it from rust, the painting surface is smooth and plastic cover, handgrips prevent accident hurt.

How To:

1. Take a firm hold of both hands on the bar grips, step both feet onto the pedals;

2. Push arms & legs in an opposite circular motion;

3. Change between forward and backwards motion to enhance workout;

4. Maintain a smooth, controlled movement during the exercise;

5. Increase duration as fitness improves.

Material:

Galvanized steel tubes (processed with carbon-dioxide arc welding, static spraying paint, high temperature solidity), project plastic, and assembly by 304# stainless steel screws.
