It is a function to check the condition of pulse recovery ability.
Heart Rate Control
There are 4 heart rate control programs to choose. (Max. Heart Rate of 65%, 75%, 85% & T.H.R. Setting)
Constant Power
Watt Control (Speed Independent) function. In this status, the training resistance level will be auto-adjusted depends on your current training speed (RPM) to achieve the value of watt preset. Auto-switch from level to watt on program intervals.

Heart Rate Detecting System
There are two heart rate detecting systems: Grip pulse and Wireless pulse. Receiver built in monitor.
Random display
Use the "MODE" button to switch profile display.
Combi-button function
A. Switch between "Metric system" and "British system". B. To activate or deactivate buzzer.

During "MANUAL" program only, matrix shows lap animation. (1 lap = 400 meters)
