The Workbench Arm Curl provides an adjustable arm curl pad allowing for multiple angles and swivel grip handles that rotate naturally though the movement. The dual grip handles provide intense forearm work.

Dual moving lever arms not only accomplish this precisely but make the exercise actually much better by maintaining resistance throughout the entire movement.
