Bremshey crosstrainers have multifunctional handgrips for optimum geometry of movement. The freedom of the geometry is also realised by the very ample foot supports. The movement of the Front driven elliptical is flatter. This type of training puts minimum stress on the knees and can be compared to cross country skiing.
