I feel the necessity to write this note and hope it will be distributed throughout your organisation. I was a bit concerned to buy something as expensive as a treadmill from a firm I could only find
on the internet, as well as speaking to an advisor aboutexactly what I required. Big was the surprise when Strat Stone phoned me back and laid all my fears to rest. Within 3 days

I have never been regular with an exercise routine. In fact have hardly exercised regularly in mylife. We have recently purchased the Water rower. I find it an amazing rowing machine. I only exercise with the Water rower every alternate day. Also find attached a spreadsheet that I have been keeping and this also since Iacquired the heart rate monitor. The days when I do not row are the days when I jump on a rebounder (mini trampoline). 30 minutes is about the maximum that I can afford per day for exercising. So now my exercise routine consists of Rowing every alternate day (roughly 30 minutes) and the days when I am not rowing it is 30 minutes on the rebounder. I find the rebounder allows me to recuperate on every alternate day at the same time it gets my heart rate up.Again for the first time in my life have I found a decent exercise routine with the WaterRower. By the time I am finished with the routine I am dripping from perspiration. Also Idon’t have to leave my home and waste time going to a gym.
